Rule #52
Please pay heed to the following rules at the Sub-State Football game on Friday:
1. All spectators are to stay OFF the field/track prior to, during and following the game during the post-game awards ceremonies.
2. The only people allowed on the field/track to form a "run-through" are the cheerleaders, providing they are in uniform. Parents, and other fans are NOT allowed.
3. The ONLY time fans are permitted on the field/track is FOLLOWING the presentation of the trophies.
In regards to Rule #52- Sportsmanship/Citizenship
Unacceptable behaviors
Booing or heckling an official's decision.
Displays of anger
Use of profanity
Criticizing the merits of officiating
Displays of temper and arguing with an official's call
Derogatory remarks toward the official
Criticizing a coach's decision
Yells that antagonize opponents
Blaming a loss on officials, coaches, or individual's performance
Rushing the field
Air horns and other noise makers are prohibited during live play. (If Plainville prohibits air horns or other noise makers at ALL times we will need to abide.)
NOTE: The above "unacceptable behaviors" are examples and are not to be considered all inclusive.
